SHIPPING & DELIVERY AGREEMENT

This Shipping & Delivery Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery, inspection, and return of vehicles purchased from Auto Factory (“Seller”).

By completing a purchase and accepting delivery of a vehicle, the Buyer agrees to the terms set forth below.

DEALERSHIP DELIVERY SERVICE

Auto Factory provides direct dealership vehicle delivery services. All vehicles are delivered by the Seller or arranged through authorized and insured transportation services under the Seller’s coordination.

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that delivery is an integral part of the purchase process and will be arranged directly through the dealership.

DELIVERY RATES


Delivery fees are calculated based on distance as follows:

  • $0.75 per mile – Local deliveries
  • $1.00 per mile – Out-of-state deliveries

All delivery costs must be confirmed and agreed upon prior to dispatch.

DELIVERY TERMS

The Seller will coordinate and complete delivery of the purchased vehicle to the Buyer’s provided address. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on distance, scheduling, and external conditions.

The Buyer agrees to accept delivery at the agreed location and acknowledges receipt upon arrival.

5-DAY INSPECTION PERIOD & MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE


The Seller offers a five (5) day inspection period and five (5) day money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

  • The inspection period begins at 12:01 AM on the first weekday following the documented delivery date, as signed by the Buyer on the delivery receipt.
  • The Buyer has the right to fully inspect the vehicle during this period.
  • If the Buyer is not satisfied, they may request a return within the inspection period.
  • Return requests must be submitted via text message or registered mail to the Seller.

RETURNS & REFUNDS


If the Buyer requests a return within the inspection period:

  • The Seller will process a refund to the Buyer in accordance with this Agreement.
  • The Seller will assume responsibility for return transportation costs if the vehicle is deemed unsatisfactory within the inspection period.

.The Seller agrees to accept the return of the vehicle without condition, provided it is returned in substantially the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear excepted.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS


By accepting delivery of the vehicle, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
